Ocean Village Club Condos Pet Rules
Ocean Village Club offers pet approved condos for rent, with both short-term and long-term reservations available. Your pets are a part of your family,
and they are welcome to stay in the units approved for pets at Ocean Village Club Condos, but in keeping with local ordinances and good neighbor policies,
a few restrictions do apply.
- You can have a maximum of 1 pet in your condo.
- Only service dogs are permitted in the clubhouse or pool areas.
- In compliance with St. Johns County Ordinances, dogs and cats must be collared and dogs must be leashed. Cats must be under the control of their owners
and may not roam freely. No pet may be left unattended.
- All pet droppings must be immediately cleaned up and properly disposed of.
Ocean Village Club welcomes you and your pet to the units that are approved for pets. We’re grateful that our guests agree to follow our pet policy
