About Us

Coastal Realty & Property Management consists of a diverse team of professionally trained and knowledgeable individuals who come from different educational backgrounds and areas of the country.  Each has found their home in St. Augustine and loves to share what this unique town has to offer for all residents and visitors. Our primary goal at Coastal Realty is to lead you to paradise!

Coastal currently manages 35 Condo and Homeowner Associations. Our staff consists of 16 full-time licensed Community Association Managers, 11 Rental/Reservation Coordinators, 3 Managing Assistants, an Administrative Assistant, a staff Certified Public Accountant, a full-time Bookkeeper, one Director of Association Services, and one Director of Rental Services.

 We are so honored to have been voted Best of St. Augustine Three Years in a Row for Property Management & Vacation Rental Management! 

Our Vacation Rentals and Timeshare office is open 7 days a week in order to provide friendly, personal customer service throughout the guest's stay.  Many of our vacation rentals are managed on site by a dedicated rental manager.  Our team is also available after hours should a guest have a maintenance emergency.  We only manage vacation rentals in St. Augustine, Florida to ensure that we provide hands-on attention to our rental owners and our guests.

Our Association Management & Accounting office is open Monday-Friday to service all of our homeowners' needs.  Associations have access to hosting meetings in our on site conference room if they need to use a conference phone or do not have a community space large enough to accommodate all their owners.  Many Associations we work for have an on site licensed Community Association Manager assigned to handle the daily tasks for the property.
