Coastal Realty's St. Augustine Management Team

Our professional, friendly managers are dedicated to providing the best customer service in St. Augustine.  Many of our managers work on site at their assigned property for both association and vacation rental management, while others are conveniently located at our Coastal Realty Main Office, which is staffed 7 days a week.  

Amy, Rental Manager 


Amy is one of two Rental Managers at Ocean Village Club. She began working for Coastal Realty in 2013, with a BA in Communications, and has experience with marketing and customer service. She is the head of the company’s Marketing Committee.

 Bianca, Association & Rental Manager


Bianca became a member of the Coastal team in 2020.  She has a background in marketing and hospitality.  She manages the 19 room condotel, Inn at Camachee Harbor.

Carol, Timeshare Coordinator


Carol comes to us with years of experience in multifamily residential Property Management.  She is married to her best friend Kermit who is a Detective with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office.  They have five children all whom are boys; four are grown with families of their own and one teenager still living at home. They also have one beautiful granddaughter.  If Carol is not working, she can be found in her craft room making DIY crafts.  Her favorite sport is anything her son is playing in at St. Augustine High School or her granddaughter at PAL.  She loves cooking and spending time with family and friends whenever possible.

Cassie, Association & Rental Manager


Cassie became a member of the Coastal team in 2013. She is a CAM and the onsite rental manager for Barefoot Trace Condominiums. She is also an active member of the marketing committee.

Chase, Reservationist


Chase is one of our newest members of the Coastal Realty team.  He has worked in the customer service field since 2013 and he is excited to jump into this new experience and work with some amazing people.

Chris, Association & Rental Manager


Christine is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and in charge of Seaside at Anastasia. She comes from an extensive business background including being the Founder and CEO of a publishing company, Operations Manager for a Financial Planning Firm and an Owner and Manager of Multifamily Residential Properties for over 25 years. Christine is committed to offering the highest quality of customer service for her owners and guests. 

Christina, Association & Rental Manager


Christina comes from an extensive background of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Management, along with Retail Management. She currently manages Creston House Condominiums for both Association & Rental Management, with approximately 30 units available for vacation rentals.

Devin, Rental Manager


Devin has been with Coastal Realty since 2016. She has experience in customer service and works in our main office with the rental team, managing approximately 130 vacation rentals. She also is head of the rental program at Anastasia Condominiums.

Georgia, Reservationist


With over 30 years of restaurant ownership and management history, Georgia is one of the newest additions to the Coastal Realty team. Her history in customer service is an asset to our rental division, helping to manage approximately 130 vacation rental condos.  


Jackie, Association Manager


Jackie has been a CAM since 2010, and has a background in Engineering & Construction.  She joined the Coastal Team in 2021 and current manages the Ocean Village Club, and award-winning Community of Excellence.

Jim, Association Manager 

Jim is a CAM and maintenance supervisor for Sand Dollar III Association. He has been a part of Coastal Realty since 2006. He has an Associate’s Degree specializing in Business.

Joan, Association Manager


Joan jointed Coastal Realty in 2021 as a part time CAM.  She has 6 years of experience in the property management industry in Florida.  Prior to that, she has 15 years experience as a work comp paralegal.

Kathy, Managing Assistant 

​Kathy joined the Coastal Team in September 2018. She works part time as an administrative assistant in the Coastal Realty Main Office. She has 20 plus years’ experience in Human Resources in the manufacturing arena. 

 Linda, Rental Assistant 


Linda has been with Coastal Realty as a part time rental assistant for over 15 years. She manages the social media promotion of Coastal’s main office rentals. She has her BA & Masters in Elementary Education.

Madge, Lead Innkeeper

Madge has been at the Inn at Camachee Harbor since 2012. She is the Inn Manager’s assistant, handles many of the customer service inquiries at the Inn, as well as the daily reservation tasks.

Maria, Association Manager


​Maria Armesto is a Portfolio Manager (CAM) and has two BA Degrees, Biology and Education.  She taught for12 years, worked at the National level representing Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Nurses and State Municipal and County Employees for 10 years. She is an Honorary Member of the American Veterans Post 45 Ladies Auxiliary, enjoys volunteering for post events and traveling.

Megan, Association & Rental Manager, OTA Liaison

Megan has been a member of our team since 2012. She is a CAM and assists both the association and rental divisions.  She acts as the HOA management assistant as well as the OTA liasion for vacation rentals.

Patty, Rental Manager 

Patty has been at the Coastal Main Office since 2012 and has worked with vacation rentals since 2007. She is in charge of guest and owner relations, as well as coordinating daily with the many members of the housekeeping team.

Piper, Association Manager

Piper started as a real estate agent in 2000 and sold real estate for 10 years in California & Idaho. She was a property manager for 11 years in Washington.  She holds a CAM and Real Estate License in Florida and currently manages a portfolio of properties.

Teresa, Association Manager


Teresa started with Coastal Realty in 2022.  She is a CAM and currently manages a portfolio of associations at the main office.

Susan, Managing Assistant

Susan became a member of the Coastal Realty team in 2015. She has a background in communication.

Tina, Rental Manager 

Tina is one of two Rental Managers at Ocean Village Club, where she has worked for over 12 years. She became a part of the Coastal team in 2012. Her extensive experience at OVC allows Tina to match the best rental unit for each guest.
