Job Description: Managers are responsible for daily operations of the Community Association. Duties including but not limited to:
- Direct maintenance personnel to complete tasks as needed
- Coordinate with outside vendors for other maintenance needs
- Daily communications with homeowners and the Board of Directors
- Maintain association records and documents
- Enforcement of the governing documents & community rules
- Prepare for and attend Association meetings
- Manage invoices and forward to accounts payable department
Qualifications
- Valid Community Association Manager license.
- Proven experience in Community Association Management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a strong aptitude for rapidly learning management software and efficiently utilizing it for diverse tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing community associations.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
