Job Description: Managers are responsible for daily operations of the Community Association. Duties including but not limited to:

  • Direct maintenance personnel to complete tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for other maintenance needs
  • Daily communications with homeowners and the Board of Directors
  • Maintain association records and documents
  • Enforcement of the governing documents & community rules
  • Prepare for and attend Association meetings
  • Manage invoices and forward to accounts payable department

 

Qualifications

  • Valid Community Association Manager license.
  • Proven experience in Community Association Management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a strong aptitude for rapidly learning management software and efficiently utilizing it for diverse tasks.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing community associations.

 

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
