St. Augustine Distillery

The St. Augustine Distillery specializes in handcrafted small-batch whiskey, rum, gin and vodka. The distillery is located in the resorted FP&L Ice Plant, which was built in 1917. Take a free tour to learn a bit of history, try some fine spirits, and take a bottle home to remember your vacation. The distillery does not serve food, but the Ice Plant Bar (located in the same building) offers brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Daily, 10:30 am - 5 pm

Distillery tours are free, include a free tasting and begin every half-hour. Call for details. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your tour.
