Island South 36

I rented this unit for four weeks and was blown away by it. Beautifully decorated, clean, amazing location - it was all perfect. I can’t recommend it enough. The pool was beautiful and had new furniture. The check in and check out process was simple. The balcony is huge and has a great view. If you are looking for a nice unit, walking distance to restaurants, with a beautiful view and beach access, this is it! Date of arrival - March 1, 2025

We always enjoy staying at Island South 36. The condo is always clean and well maintained. I also wanted to take a moment and highlight the great service Coastal has during work hours and for after hours emergencies. The gentleman that first came to check on the air was the maintenance man, and he was very good at explaining what he found with the air conditioner and what our next steps should be. Also the 3rd party used for the air condition repair was polite, professional, and efficient. Overall, we had another terrific stay! Thank you!

I called the Coastal team to report it and sent an email with a picture. We had no further house keeping issues. The Coastal team asked if we wanted it taken care of then or later after we left. I requested later and my request was respected. I appreciate this! Your service is excellent! Keep up the great service that you currently have! You guys are 5 star all the way!
