Anastasia 701

This is a beautifully maintained property. It is extremely well equipped. The views from the condo are amazing! We were able to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the two different patios. We loved it so much that we have already reserved it again for next year! A big thank you to the homeowner for opening this wonderful location up for us to share. Alligator Farm, The Press, Conch House, Black Molly, Hurricane Patty's, Tradewinds, Violas, Sunset (several times), Oasis (not impressed with their breakfast), Beachside Cafe, Red Frog McToads, Ford's Garage, Caps, Aunt Kate's, Anastasia Diner, Keke's, Hurricanes, our traditional visit to Jack's, Fiesta Miniature Golf, Bingo and Golf at St. Augustine Shores, golf at St. Johns County Course, the Saturday morning farmer's market (we love listening to the Free Rangers … went there every Saturday during our stay), We love St. Augustine and plan to continue our annual visit (we've been coming for over 35 years). Dee is awesome at handling our reservations and needs.

This unit has a beautiful view. We enjoyed it very much.There are plenty of utensils and dishes to use.While we were staying we had issues with the refrigerator and AC. The owner and the coastal realtors took care of us very efficiently.Thank you for fixing the problems so quickly.And a special thank you to Di.She was very kind and helped us professionally.

We absolutely LOVED this unit and property! Clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! We will be back ☺️

We certainly enjoyed our stay in 701 and look forward to return in January of 2021.

Property was overall wonderful! Kitchen was nice, looked new, and nicely equipped, and had new washer and dryer. the view from the living room and balconies was wonderful, could see the ocean from the smaller balcony, and the city and lighthouse (from a long ways away) from the other balcony. The large window in the living area provided a great view. The hardwood flooring was also very nice, both bedrooms were large and clean. The bathrooms were nice. Overall it was a wonderful condo, and would stay again. My only small complaint was that the mattress in the master bedroom was very soft. But plan on staying here again, was a great place.
