I love this property so much that I request and retain it year after year for our family vacation. This was my 7th year in this exact condo so to say it is perfect is an understatement. Always clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location. My thanks to the owners (whom I do not know) for allowing me to use your little slice of paradise each year.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. I love our vacation time in this condo. Perfect for my family. Cozy and warm without a bunch of worry about messing things up. Tile floors and reasonable furniture yet comfortable. We visited Adventure Landing and won big according to my grandbabies. Saw Elvis, the Movie with the ladies, enjoyed dinner at Commander's, Hurricane's, and Outback. We shopped at Beall's Outlet, Marshalls and Tuesday Morning. We also found a new Ice Cream Shop, Captain Cone. It was delicious. Another awesome week in St. Augustine.

Our extended family has been spending Memorial Day weekends at St. Augustine Beaches for 35+ years, but first time at Sea Place. Non-flushing toilet in guest bathroom was called in. Plumber responded within the hour, did some trouble shooting, and corrected the matter. Very responsive! We really liked/enjoyed the accommodations, and will likely return next year.

I love staying at Seaplace. We loved the convenience to the pool, and all in all, it was satisfactory. Thanks, Sea Place, for providing such nice places to stay. Both girls at the front desk were wonderful. Looking forward to our vacation next year.
