The property was fantastic. The view was great, the location was super. The grounds are always kept up so well. My wife and I have been coming here for the past 12 years. We have of course stayed in different condos, but this one was super. Marty the maintenance supervisor has always been great. We have known him all the years we have been coming to this wonderful association. He will always try to help you in the event there is a problem. And, of course Tina and Amy are the best. They will always help you with any problems that may arise. We hate to leave these great surroundings. But, it always comes to our attention, it's time to get back to the real world.
First year at F16 with Coastal Realty, stayed two weeks. Fourth year at OVC, three previous years rented with other Rental Company. Always have been treated and assisted excellent with Office Staff on property. This convinced us to rent through Coastal this year. Having someone on property and another office not far away is comforting.
